We try hard to make sure that our flight booking arrangements are kept up to date, but we do not guarantee that any of the tour packages we advertise will still be available at the time of booking. We will inform you as soon as possible after you place a booking (flights or tour packages) if, for any reason, your preferred flight schedule you have sought to book is not available. Kindly also be informed that Palm Travel Solutions provides affordable flight prices for our travelers. We reach out directly to airlines and make sure we have the best deals for you. Prices sent to travelers for their bookings are usually for flight fares only but they will include mandatory fees such as airport and fuel taxes. Once you've made payments for your booking, it's stored 20 minutes after in our reservation system. Palm Travel Solutions will send you a confirmation email with your booking reference number, which also serves as a tracking number to know when your e-ticket are ready to be emailed. When you check in at the airport, just show the airline staff a form of identification along with your booking reference number and they'll issue you with your boarding pass.
